She nursed her little heart out from12-1 am and slept.. until 10:30 am!! Is this the light at the end of the tunnel? She would have kept sleeping but I kind of freaked out because the longest she's slept is 6.5 hours. I woke up realizing how long she had been asleep and made sure she was still breathing (what new parent hasn't done this?) and checked to make sure her heart was beating at a normal rate (because I'm some big expert on heart rates). Finally I couldn't stand it anymore and woke her up and nursed her. Next time I'll be sure to just let her sleep.
I hope this is a sign of things to come. A full nights sleep would be oh so divine.
