We were at opposite ends of the spectrum today. I was exhausted, feelin' the winter blues on this grey cold rainy Canadian winter day and she was well rested & excited to to be alive. Some days we are so in tune and some days I tune her out completely. This article has been all over Facebook and boy is it true on some days. I did have my Kairos moment and managed to capture it on camera as well. I was on my belly smiling at Maya and she was so excited to be able to crawl towards me. I was lost in her face and her joy. In that moment there was perpetual bliss. And then moments later it was back to the grumpies for me :)
Kairos is God's time. It's time outside of time. It's metaphysical time. It's those magical moments in which time stands still.
