We are in a period of transition (back-to-school being one of the 
transitions) and we are feeling all our feelings here. I am reminding 
myself that it's natural to feel busy and stressed and worried and sad. I
 am also reminding myself that I can fill myself with grace and 
acceptance and do one task as a time. That I don't have to be weighed 
down by everything that I've done, what I'm doing right now and what I 
need to do next and everything that I want. So grace and acceptance is what I'm working on now.
